How it works:

1. Select Skroutz Lockers as your delivery method during checkout.

2. Choose your preferred Skroutz Locker on the map.

3. Go to the locker and pick up your parcel easily in two ways:



-Via Bluetooth

    Once the courier places your parcel in the locker, you will receive an SMS or Viber message. You can collect your package within 2 days by following these steps:

1. Enable Bluetooth on your phone.

2. Open the Skroutz app.

3. On the home screen, find “Pickup from Skroutz Point” and tap “Pickup from Locker.”

4. Retrieve your parcel from the locker and close the door.

-Via PIN code

        1. Open the message you received from the courier and find the PIN.
        2. Enter the PIN and press Enter.
        3. Retrieve your parcel from the locker and close the door.
